BOX OFFICE POLICIES

At Barn Lot Theater, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate such changes within our ticketing policies. We appreciate your patronage and want to ensure a seamless experience, from purchase to performance.Ticket purchasers should verify the accuracy of their ticket dates and contact the Box Office for corrections. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure all dates and times are correct. A confirmation receipt will be emailed after purchase; if not received within an hour, check your spam folder or contact the Box Office. Printed confIrmation receipts can be mailed upon request.

Below is our policy regarding ticket refunds and exchanges.

Ticket Credit/ Exchange Policy: All ticket sales are final beginning with tickets for our 2025 Season. To be eligible for a exchange/account credit, tickets must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled showtime. This allows us the opportunity to offer these seats to other patrons. Requests for exchange/account credit made less than 24 hours before showtime may not be honored. This is at the discretion of the Box Office. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. To transfer your tickets to another performance or to credit your account, please contact our box office at 270-432-2276. Our team will be happy to assist you with these arrangements.

No-Show Policy: It is important to inform us if you cannot attend a performance. Tickets not canceled and for which patrons do not show up will be voided and cannot be exchanged or credited. This policy allows us to offer these seats to other patrons who may be waiting for an opportunity to attend a sold-out show. Unfilled seats will go on sale to those in line at each show’s curtain time. We aim to fill our venue to capacity, creating a lively atmosphere for both our audience and performers.

Late Comer Policy: Due to the nature of some shows and for the safety of our actors and audience members, latecomers may not seated until intermission or a scene break. Additionally, latecomers may not be seated in the seats they purchased.
